**CONSULTATION:** To discuss how YOU want to be photographed and to plan the wardrobe & styling. ($100 value.)
**HAIR AND MAKEUP:** done by our our professional stylist at our studio, so you don’t have to stress about looking great. ($175 value)
**PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSHOOT:** Experience the joy of being photographed in several outfits at our elegant and spacious studio by accomplished portrait artist, Paul Lorei. ($300 value)
**A REVEAL AND ORDERING SESSION:** where you can see all your beautiful images, choose your complimentary print and have the opportunity to purchase more.
**PORTRAIT OF YOUR CHOICE:** You will receive one fine art matted portrait ($249 value). Additional photographs and products available for purchase.

WHY OVER 50, WHY ME AND WHY NOW?

My name is Paul Lorei, I am 64 and a portrait artist. I have been a professional photographer in the Erie area for thirty-six years and this is one of the the most powerful portrait series we have ever done. We can't wait for you to be part of it! Over the last decade we’ve created numerous portraits of outstanding (and often unsung) women as part of Mercy Center for Women’s *Women Making History*. (You may have seen our portraits in the news and around town.) We also, for the first time, celebrated 40 women over 40. The response and success of that event is still reverberating. You can have that same experience too. It will be fun, fulfilling and transformational. Reveal the beauty that is within you! We can’t wait to work with you!

Complete portrait consultation.
Advice on clothing, colors, and style.
Planning for poses and who you might include in your session.
2) PROFESSIONAL MAKEOVER

Camera-ready make-up by our professional in-studio make-up artist (you meet her, you love her!)
Glammed up, natural, or refined, it's all up to you! Light hairstyling for picture-perfect results!
3) CELEBRITY STYLE PHOTOSHOOT

Model for a day! Enjoy a fashion photoshoot that only a master can bring.
Not photogenic? Nonsense! We've got you! It is our job to bring out your inner beauty with flattering lighting and posing.

4) THE REVEAL

About a week after your session is THE REVEAL. See your images on the big screen. Review, choose, and order with confidence. Choose your complimentary portrait and, if you desire, purchase more of the images you love!

I have always admired Paul's work, and was especially impressed with some of his portraits on LinkedIn of some acquaintances who were being celebrated for accomplishments. Shortly after that I saw a Facebook announcement about the '40 Over 40' portrait session. Hmmm, should I? I had a roller-coaster year in 2021, I met a weight loss goal and got in shape which I was thrilled with, but I also lost several family members unexpectedly. I decided to go for it and do this thing, not only for me, but for my family. I saw this as an opportunity to celebrate life and have a wonderful experience.
The day of the photo session I was really excited. I brought in lots of clothes and jewelry and Paul assisted me in choosing a few lovely outfits for the photo shoot. The makeup artist/hairstylist's skills were very impressive. She was kind, funny and put me at ease as she made me look fantastic. The photo session was very enjoyable. Paul and Gretchen are wonderful at what they do, they are creative, skillful and very personable. The entire experience was very special. We are both very happy with the final pieces we chose.
